Terms of Service

DailyChingu ("we", "us", "our") is operated by DailyChingu, a sole proprietor business (contact: contact@dailychingu.com). The service delivers personalized Korean language voice messages to subscribers via WhatsApp or LINE on a daily basis. Messages are generated using artificial intelligence.

DailyChingu offers a monthly subscription. Payments are processed securely by Paddle (paddle.com), our merchant of record. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms of service in addition to these terms.

• Subscription fees are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Founding ARMY pricing ($5/month) is locked in for the lifetime of your subscription.
• You will be notified of any price changes before they take effect.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal link in your confirmation email, or by contacting us at contact@dailychingu.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to receive messages until then. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of a billing period, except as required by applicable law.

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment, no questions asked. To request a refund, contact us at contact@dailychingu.com or through Paddle's billing portal. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, and are subject to Paddle's refund policy.

All voice messages and lesson content are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and cultural sensitivity, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. DailyChingu is not liable for any inaccuracies in language or cultural information provided.

By using DailyChingu, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information (WhatsApp or LINE number).
• Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• Not share, resell, or redistribute the content you receive.

We aim to deliver messages daily, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary outages due to maintenance or third-party platform issues (WhatsApp, LINE) do not constitute a breach of these terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms or misuse the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea, except that nothing in these terms limits your rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
